Appointment Arrival
Please arrive for your appointment 5-10 minutes early. First time clients need to complete appropriate forms for specific services. Enjoy our relaxation room until your scheduled appointment.
Medical Conditions
Please alert therapist of any medical conditions that may have changed since your last scheduled appointment. It is VERY important for the therapist to know in case of changes needing to be made in your treatment. The Haven respects your privacy in these matters.
Appointment Scheduling
Advanced booking is preferred at The Haven during our spa business hours of 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. EST, Tuesday thru Friday. Monday and Saturday by appointment only.
Corporate or Group Events
Allow the expert guidance of our dedicated team, assist you in coordinating a Corporate or Group event. Our spa coordinator can customize a package to be based on your corporate name and motto. They can also suggest spa services or exercise classes to meet your group's needs. Requests must be made in advance: prices will vary.
Cancellation Notice
The Haven asks for a 24 hour cancellation notice. If you must cancel, please give the spa as much notice as possible. Reschduling at the time of cancellation is suggested.
Spa Environment
The members of our staff have dedicated their lives to promote the well being of others. Because we want to ensure a relaxing atmosphere for each of our guest, we ask that you turn you cell phone/pagers to silent or vibrate mode. Also, please use a "spa voice" in all areas of the spa. Our lounge is a place where many guests savor a much needed, private moment to read, meditate or simply to relax.

We accept cash, check, debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the service price and are left to your discretion. Envelopes are provided at the front desk for your convenience.
Valuables
The Haven is not responsible for damage or loss of your personal belongings. We recommend that you do not bring valuables to the spa.
