 Pilates
Pilates modified specifically for each client.  This class is based on beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.  So, no matter the experience, it is equipped for you.  Enjoy a variety of Pilates exercises inclludding mat work, ball and theraband.  Gain flexibility, build strength, develop a toned and sculpted physique.

Yoga-Latte - 60 minutes
Get a great workout and peach of mind!  Do you love your Pilates, but, want your Yoga too?  Push through one hour of Pilates exercises along with Yoga stances and sun salutations.  This session ends with 10 minutes of Yoga relaxation poses, candlelight and aroma therapy.  Gain flexibility, build strength, develop a toned and sculpted physique and free your spirit at the same time.

Pilates and Yoga-Latte
1 class = $35 per person, 1 class (2 people) = $30/per person
2 classes = $60 per person, 2 classes (2 people) = $55/per person
3 classes = $85 per person, 3 classes (2 people) = $80/per person
5 classes = $135 per person, 5 classes (2 people) = $130/per person

Tummy and Tush - 45 minutes
For the places we strive to firm!  We all want the same thing and this covers it. This class is dedicated to toning the inner and outer thighs, butt, stomach, love handles and lowe back.  Flatten you stomach while you lift your tush! (session may be booked for 2 people) (classes do not have to be booked within one week)
1 class = $25/per person
2 classes = $40/per person
3 classes = $65/per person
 
Stretch It Out - 45 minutes
Relax and release.....Due to the compressive affects of gravity, we can all loose up to one inch in height throughout the day.  With proper strecthcin we can eliminate this while gaining flexibility, reduce stress and make our body appear leaner.  Relax during this class with candlelight, tranquil sounds and aromatherapy as your body is strecthed from top to bottom and reaches its original form.  This session ends with relaxation poses and moments of meditation. (classes do not have to be booked within one week)

Vertical Fitness (Pole Excercising) - 90 minutes
Extreme fitness with a sensual kick!  whether you want a fierce workout or to learn a bit of sensual movement, this class is fun, fun, fun!  Experience an intense total body workout and learn a routine just for you in a private setting.  Shorts and tank top required. (classes do not have to be booked within one week)
1 class = $65/per person, 1 class (2 people) = $60/per person
2 classes = $105/per person, 2 classes (2 people) = $100/per person

Trio Package
A little bit of everything!  Your choice of Pilates, Yoga-Latte, Tummy and Tush, and Stretch It Out.
3 classes = $75/per person
